Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The tiny rooms were below 23.5 degrees, but the bed was comfortable, and the bath was nice. The staff tried hard to make amends for deficiencies, showing earnest hospitality and attentiveness. The location was incredible, right across from the beautiful Parque Mexico but unfortunately affected by recent earthquakes. The dining situation had its quirks, starting late at 8 am, but creative salads were on the menu.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with clever layouts that make them feel more spacious. The location in the heart of La Condesa is perfect, providing easy access to surrounding attractions, although my booking had to be canceled due to rate discrepancies. The service was incredibly attentive and accommodating, making it a relaxing retreat after busy days exploring the city. However, the dining experience had its hiccups with delayed room service. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is located in a gorgeous art deco building in a leafy, quiet part of the city, right in the heart of Condessa and Roma, offering convenience to explore the surrounding bars and restaurants. The rooms, while beautiful, may not be as spacious as expected from the pictures, with a cozy but tiny feel. The service showed genuine effort to address any shortcomings, although there were occasional lapses in attentiveness. The dining experience, while offering good food quality, could be improved in speed of service. Overall, the hotel provides a truly excellent location and charming ambiance, but there are some room for enhancements in certain areas.
